Description

  • Own and deliver daily operations across the Southern Denmark region, with accountability for performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Partner with Planners, Office Leads, Maintenance Leads, and Cleaning Supervisors to optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements that raise productivity and service quality.
  • Standardize processes and roll out operational blueprints across locations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams to support strong engagement and performance.
  • Manage and escalate complex cases while ensuring professional complaint resolution within budget and established guidelines.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and embed proven best practices.
  • Coordinate effective planning and staffing with relevant stakeholders.
  • Own operational KPIs, including customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality.
  • Implement and embed effective processes, systems, tools, and workflows across the region.
  • Lead change initiatives that improve customer feedback, engagement scores, and operational results.
  • Maintain high delivery standards, including cleaning scores, timely task completion, and accurate invoicing.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience managing teams in an operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of operations, performance management, and service delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
  • Experience handling complaints and difficult conversations.
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to getting work done.
  • Experience leading across multiple locations or geographic areas is an advantage.
  • Willingness to maintain a visible, hands-on presence across the region.
  • Availability to work from different offices and locations in the area at least three days per week.
  • Comfort with a role involving significant travel between locations.
  • Availability for occasional weekend work.
