Description

  • Lead Simple Trading product optimization across priority European markets
  • Research local customer needs and identify gaps across onboarding, fiat funding, first purchases, trading, portfolio management, savings, investments, and spending
  • Localize product journeys for payment methods, customer behavior, market practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Use customer feedback, funnel analysis, experimentation, and market performance data to improve products
  • Make complex crypto concepts accessible to first-time and infrequent retail customers
  • Enhance order entry, quotes, pricing transparency, portfolio views, average-cost data, P&L, transaction history, and asset discovery
  • Deliver a consistent App and Web experience while accounting for local market differences
  • Own the local funnel from onboarding and funding through activation, repeat purchases, retention, and reactivation
  • Build engagement features such as recurring buys, auto-investment, savings plans, price alerts, round-ups, and crypto collections
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing teams on market-specific acquisition, activation, and lifecycle programs
  • Monitor and improve key product metrics
  • Stay current on European retail crypto, digital banking, brokerage, payments, and savings products
  • Benchmark leading European offerings, including Revolut, Bitpanda, Bitvavo, and Trade Republic
  • Turn local customer and competitive insights into actionable product improvements
  • Work with design, engineering, data, compliance, operations, marketing, and local teams to deliver enhancements
  • Shape priorities through market insight, product judgment, and data as an individual contributor

Requirements

  • At least seven years of product management experience in consumer fintech, crypto, digital banking, brokerage, payments, savings, or investment products
  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing consumer products for European markets
  • In-depth understanding of European retail customers, payment behaviors, investment habits, and market variations
  • Demonstrated success improving onboarding, activation, conversion, repeat usage, retention, or assets under management
  • Strong knowledge of consumer product design, growth, experimentation, and lifecycle engagement
  • Ability to turn complex financial or technical products into intuitive customer journeys
  • Understanding of retail crypto and digital banking products, including fiat on- and off-ramps, spot trading, custody, wallets, transfers, pricing, and spreads
  • Independent individual contributor who can identify opportunities, define solutions, and lead cross-functional delivery
  • Excellent product judgment, structured thinking, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Fluent English and comfort working remotely across European time zones
  • Experience with Simple Trading, retail products, UX, or growth at Revolut, Monzo, N26, Bitpanda, Bitvavo, or Trade Republic is preferred
  • Background in European digital banking, neobrokerage, wealth management, or consumer investment products is preferred
  • Experience with European payment methods such as SEPA, Instant SEPA, cards, and major local options is preferred
  • Experience launching or localizing products across multiple European countries is preferred
  • Experience with retail payments, recurring investment, auto-investment, crypto bundles, portfolio analytics, round-ups, or saveback products is preferred
  • Additional European-language proficiency is preferred
