Description
- Build and execute service strategies for assigned accounts
- Strengthen customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
- Identify new business prospects and relevant sales opportunities
- Coordinate with Service, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Technical teams
- Increase sales, maintain customer satisfaction, and promote company services
- Coordinate customer communication and access to products and services
- Set account strategies aligned with client and business priorities
- Assess client financial performance and engage senior executives on long-term plans
- Chair senior-level operational and technical forums with customer leadership
- Resolve escalations and claims through mutually beneficial agreements
- Negotiate agreements covering major technical issues, warranty extensions, and commercial frameworks
- Deliver client instructions and contractual commitments accurately and within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or a comparable field
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 10 years of experience in service operations
- Professional fluency in English
- Foreign qualifications must be formally recognized as equivalent to the corresponding Spanish degree when applying
- Proactive, collaborative, and humble working style
