Wounded Warrior Project
Wounded Warrior Project
Wounded Warrior Project is a nonprofit serving wounded veterans and their families. Founded in 2003 as a grassroots effort to provide care items to injured service members returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, it has grown into an organization offering mental health support, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitative care. Its work combines direct services with advocacy as it responds to veterans’ changing needs.
