Dental Implants Territory Sales Representative

Drive growth for Dentsply Sirona’s MIS dental implant business across an assigned territory. Build dental-practice relationships, win competitive conversions, and increase revenue through consultative sales.

Description

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new customers in the assigned territory
  • Increase share of wallet among existing customers
  • Build and manage the territory pipeline through outbound prospecting, office visits, referrals, study clubs, local events, and follow-up
  • Present the MIS implant portfolio to dental practices
  • Create conversion plans tailored to individual accounts
  • Develop a clinical education approach with the direct manager
  • Deliver product presentations, commercial discussions, and in-office demonstrations
  • Advance product trials, adoption, and repeat use
  • Manage territory growth objectives, funnel movement, and revenue performance
  • Evaluate territory data, account opportunity, competitor activity, and market trends
  • Partner with marketing, education, customer service, and sales leaders
  • Keep CRM records and forecasts accurate

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Track record of success in B2B, dental, medical device, or value-based commercial sales
  • Experience selling in dental implant or specialty dental settings is preferred
  • Ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting, competitive conversions, and territory pipeline development
  • Self-directed hunter mentality with resilience and urgency
  • Ability to sell value-based solutions and distinguish them from competing offerings
  • Professional, confident communication with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, practice owners, and office leaders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
