- Self-directed hunter mentality with resilience and urgency
- Ability to sell value-based solutions and distinguish them from competing offerings
- Professional, confident communication with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, practice owners, and office leaders
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
