Description
- Act as the first point of contact for members
- Provide empathetic, clear, and confident assistance
- Explain financial products and services in accessible terms
- Use multiple systems while staying focused throughout member conversations
- Support questions about accounts, cards, loans, savings, and retirement planning
- Recommend suitable solutions aligned with members’ goals
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with members
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
- Curiosity and a willingness to keep learning
- Previous experience is not required
- Confidence using multiple systems
- Availability to work in a dynamic, 24/7 contact center
