Customer Care Travel Advisor
Manage bookings, itineraries, and travel disruptions for AmTrav, Perk’s business travel platform. Deliver policy-compliant, high-touch support to corporate travelers.
Description
- Handle bookings and changes by phone, live chat, and email
- Coordinate complex international trips across multiple cities and transport modes
- Manage travel itineraries using proprietary software
- Apply corporate travel policies, budgets, traveler tiers, and preferred vendor agreements
- Provide concierge support to C-suite executives
- Record traveler preferences, including aircraft type, hotel floor, and dietary needs
- Track global events such as severe weather, strikes, and geopolitical developments
- Reroute travelers proactively to support their safety
- Resolve travel concerns before, during, and after each trip
- Prioritize and address urgent travel disruptions
- Keep booking requests accurate, targeting near-zero error rates
- Help maintain strong Net Promoter Scores among corporate clients
Requirements
- Solve problems effectively under pressure
- Find alternative solutions when travel plans change
- Listen actively to travelers
- Explain complex travel terminology in clear, simple terms
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation
- Learn new SaaS platforms quickly and work comfortably with technology
- Manage multiple browser tabs and tools at the same time
- Be available to work one of the specified shifts
- Complete eight weeks of immersive training, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST
- Submit a resume in English
