Guide executives through Gartner’s research, product demonstrations, and onboarding as a bilingual Client Success Associate. Help clients apply business and technology insights to their priorities.

Description

  • Lead calls with prospects and clients to uncover their priorities and challenges
  • Explain the value of Gartner products and services to prospective clients and decision-makers
  • Develop a clear understanding of Gartner’s services and capabilities and communicate them effectively
  • Demonstrate Gartner products and research resources
  • Partner with Sales teams to present products effectively, strengthen client engagement, and support license purchases
  • Work with internal Gartner partners to resolve obstacles and maximize client value
  • Research prospective and existing companies, C-level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Create relevant, tailored Gartner resources that support client impact
  • Onboard new and upgraded clients through a customized experience
  • Conduct pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner resources, including the gartner.com platform
  • Use strategic thinking and relationship-building skills to help executives address business challenges
  • Connect Gartner research and expertise to clients’ critical initiatives and support company growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least six months of relevant professional or internship experience, with demonstrated success and a strong commitment to client outcomes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical-thinking, and influencing abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment
  • Well-developed time-management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in spoken Spanish and English
  • Ability to research companies, C-level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain Gartner’s services and capabilities
  • Ability to demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects and clients
