Description
- Deliver recurring plan administration services under senior analyst supervision
- Investigate and resolve participant issues involving eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery
- Research system issues and verify compliance with established requirements
- Review benefit reports, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and take necessary action
- Process retirement benefit applications
- Validate information and investigate prior service and related credits
- Develop and provide training for team members
- Collaborate with plan administrators on tasks and projects to support consistent service delivery
- Maintain and update documentation, work papers, and audit trails for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with client human resources teams and vendor support when needed
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with pensions and/or defined-benefit plans
- Expert-level knowledge of pension and/or defined-benefit administration
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in pension calculations and audit support
- Experience with reporting, SQL, and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to discuss pension matters with clients
