- Lead technical troubleshooting and field diagnostics for networks, edge devices, infrastructure, and system integrations
- Determine the causes of system and network failures, resolve them, and reduce the risk of recurrence
- Operate secure, dependable, scalable infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments
- Deploy and maintain servers, virtual machines, operating systems, storage, and related infrastructure
- Administer routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and WAN connections
- Track system and network performance, manage incidents, and support high availability for real-time video and AI workloads
- Work with Engineering, QA, and Product to identify defects, verify fixes, and strengthen platform reliability
- Plan and execute testing for new hardware and software in production-like environments
- Build scripts, diagnostic tools, monitoring solutions, and automation for support operations
- Maintain technical documentation, investigation records, and internal knowledge bases
आवश्यकताएँ
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or IT operations
- Hands-on experience diagnosing TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall, and network connectivity issues
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking, systems engineering, or a related discipline
- Able to troubleshoot urgent issues with composure, speed, and accuracy
- Strong analytical, written communication, and documentation abilities
- Residence in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone
- Availability for the designated evening and weekend schedule
- Experience supporting IP camera systems or edge-connected devices is preferred
- Working knowledge of Linux-based systems is preferred
- Ability to write scripts in Python or comparable automation tools is preferred
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Security+ are preferred
