Lead full-cycle IT recruitment for Nestlé’s Latin American shared-services center. Oversee sourcing, interviews, hiring metrics, offers, and onboarding.

- Own full-cycle talent acquisition and selection for IT roles
- Oversee recruitment for administrative, commercial, technical, and leadership positions
- Advise business leaders on talent needs and selection decisions
- Build sourcing strategies across recruitment channels, professional networks, and employer-branding initiatives
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate each recruitment stage
- Track Time to Fill, Time to Hire, and Quality of Hire metrics and recommend improvements
- Deliver a strong experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate offers and onboarding documentation while supporting new-hire integration
- Contribute to regional and local initiatives in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, digitalization, and process optimization
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and quality standards
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience leading full-cycle recruitment for IT or technology roles
- Advanced English proficiency is required
- Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders in the United States is a plus
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and applying assessment methods
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
