- At least one year of experience delivering quality customer service is required.
- At least one year of claims experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and accuracy while meeting productivity goals in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple systems at once.
- Successful completion of a multi-week new hire training course is a condition of employment.
