Investigate card and ACH disputes under Reg E, Mastercard, and debit network requirements
Resolve disputes within applicable regulatory deadlines
Oversee the full chargeback lifecycle while reducing financial losses
Review and adjudicate remote deposit capture checks, returns, and adjustments
Analyze suspicious account activity, high-risk transaction patterns, and customer demographics to detect and mitigate fraud
Turn complex data into well-supported fraud and dispute decisions
Record findings in clear, concise investigative summaries
Support collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective risk management
Apply emerging technologies, including AI, to improve processes and decision accuracy

आवश्यकताएँ

Bring 3–5 years of experience processing mobile deposits and investigating and resolving debit card and ACH disputes
Demonstrate expert knowledge of consumer payment regulations, including Reg E, Nacha, and card and network rules
Have proven experience resolving transaction disputes and managing chargebacks under applicable regulatory and network requirements
Consistently meet strict regulatory and network deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
Understand risk management principles and internal controls
Analyze transaction histories, behavioral patterns, and customer demographics to identify anomalous or fraudulent activity
Evaluate incomplete or conflicting information and produce clear, logical, accurate determinations
Experience using AI tools is recommended
Be highly detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in written English
Write objective, audit-ready investigative summaries
Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Contribute proactively to teamwork, risk management, knowledge sharing, and process improvement
