Customer Success Manager – Israel (Hybrid)
Lead post-sales customer success for Sentrycs defense systems across Israel. Oversee deployments, training, technical support, adoption, and customer relationships in operational field environments.

- Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle across Israel
- Develop trusted relationships with operational, technical, and senior customer stakeholders
- Coordinate deployments, onboarding, and operational readiness at customer locations
- Increase adoption of Sentrycs systems in live operational settings
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing deployments
- Travel regularly to customer bases and sites throughout Israel
- Provide user training, practical guidance, and ongoing operational support
- Serve as Sentrycs’ local customer representative for customer-related matters
- Act as the primary field contact for technical issues and incidents
- Troubleshoot on site and coordinate with support, engineering, and product teams through resolution
- Track system performance and proactively mitigate operational risks
- Gather field feedback and convert customer needs into product and feature recommendations
- Partner with Product and R&D on roadmap development
- Collaborate with Sales on account planning and expansion opportunities
- Report to the Customer Success Group Lead
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated defense-sector experience, preferably spanning multiple relevant roles such as air defense, counter-UAS, intelligence, or defense technology
- Strong understanding of the company’s market and defense customer operations
- Experience with complex technical or operational systems such as RF, radar, SIGINT, or C4I is highly advantageous
- Customer success, deployment, training, or technical support experience is advantageous
- Able to work independently in the field with strong ownership and practical judgment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Technically capable and comfortable taking a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Comfortable operating in a rapidly growing organization
- Native-level Hebrew is required
- Good English is advantageous
- Current security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
- Willing and able to travel frequently to customer sites throughout Israel
