Tavsif

  • Support senior leaders across Technology, Data, and Operations with performance reporting, strategic insights, executive communications, and leadership reviews.
  • Convert complex operational and business information into clear narratives, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate contributions from multiple teams and assist with governance and planning activities.
  • Share priorities, progress, obstacles, and strategic goals with a diverse stakeholder network.
  • Lead or contribute to initiatives that improve operations, reinforce alignment, and advance continuous improvement through technology and process innovation.
  • Oversee delivery of major technology projects and coordinate related operational work.
  • Assess, design, and implement enhancements to business processes and technology.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to connect business operations with technology strategies and organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate and communicate performance metrics to support ongoing operational improvement.
  • Implement operational technology strategies and related initiatives.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent education, training, or relevant professional experience.
  • At least seven years of relevant experience in business operations or a related professional field.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
  • Proficiency with standard workplace software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A master’s degree, MBA, or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Background supporting executive teams through business management, strategic planning, performance management, governance, or Chief of Staff functions.
  • Ability to distill complex business, operational, technology, and data topics into concise executive communications, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Experience preparing executive scorecards, KPI reports, performance reviews, or materials for boards and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to form effective cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and advance initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
