Grow Voice AI business across APAC by uncovering enterprise needs, shaping solutions, and advancing customer opportunities. Lead discovery, demos, pilots, and partner engagement for AudioCodes’ contact center and CX automation solutions.
Tavsif
- Develop Voice AI business across Southeast Asia, Japan, and Hong Kong.
- Find and engage enterprise customers and partners.
- Advance new business from outreach through deal progression.
- Turn customer experience challenges into practical Voice AI use cases.
- Qualify opportunities, discover customer needs, and design Voice AI and CX automation solutions.
- Plan and deliver customer demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilots independently.
- Set success measures and progress opportunities toward commercial closure.
- Work with regional sales leads to develop enterprise opportunities, win new customers, and convert pipeline into bookings.
- Shape Voice AI use cases around customer readiness, business challenges, operational data, and CX needs.
- Gather customer metrics and requirements to develop total cost, ROI, and value cases.
- Prepare and manage technical RFP and RFI responses.
- Guide technical integration discussions with customers and partners.
- Build relationships with enterprise customers and regional partners.
- Enable partners through training, demonstrations, and joint customer meetings.
- Stay informed on Voice AI, contact center, and CX automation markets.
- Represent AudioCodes as a regional subject matter expert.
Talablar
- Be based in Singapore, the Philippines, or Malaysia.
- Bring at least five years of experience in a similar SME or sales/solution architect role combining sales experience with strong technical knowledge.
- Have conversational Voice AI experience, including virtual voice agents, agent assistants, and real-time translation.
- Have contact center experience.
- Have telecom and VoIP experience.
- Have experience selling real-time communications and telephony solutions and services to contact centers.
- Be able to engage senior stakeholders on technology, business value and ROI, strategy, and market trends.
- Have experience working with technology partners and selling in multi-vendor environments and ecosystems.
- Be able to learn continuously and adapt to fast-changing technical environments.
- Be able to travel across APAC 30% of the time.
- Have experience with large partners and large contact centers.
