Tavsif

  • Contribute to AI transformation engagements from strategic planning through implementation.
  • Evaluate organizational readiness for AI and set priorities for change.
  • Examine how AI affects business processes, roles, capabilities, governance, and daily work.
  • Help shape AI-enabled operating models and governance frameworks.
  • Turn AI use cases and technology opportunities into business and organizational requirements.
  • Create transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and approaches for realizing value.
  • Develop and support change, adoption, and capability-building programs.
  • Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Produce analyses, concepts, presentations, and other client materials.
  • Work with Data & AI, technology, strategy, and industry specialists across Eraneos.
  • Help advance AI transformation methods, resources, and thought leadership.
  • As experience allows, lead workstreams, engage with clients, and coordinate junior colleagues.

Talablar

  • A university degree in business administration, information systems, organizational sciences, psychology, engineering, or a comparable discipline.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in management consulting, transformation, organizational development, or a similar business role.
  • Some practical experience with AI transformation or implementing AI strategies.
  • Some practical experience with target operating models and organizational design.
  • Some practical experience with AI governance and use-case portfolio management.
  • Some practical experience in change management, adoption, and capability building.
  • Some practical experience in process transformation and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Some practical experience in transformation management and value realization.
  • Strong interest in the organizational and business effects of AI.
  • Ability to connect business, organizational, and technology perspectives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative, proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel according to client and project needs.
