Support Truist leaders with business performance reporting, executive communications, and strategic analysis. This senior onsite role also drives technology-enabled improvements, governance, and cross-functional execution.

- Support senior leaders across Technology, Data, and Operations with performance reporting, strategic insights, executive communications, and leadership reviews.
- Convert complex operational and business information into clear narratives, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate contributions from multiple teams and assist with governance and planning activities.
- Share priorities, progress, obstacles, and strategic goals with a diverse stakeholder network.
- Lead or contribute to initiatives that improve operations, reinforce alignment, and advance continuous improvement through technology and process innovation.
- Oversee delivery of major technology projects and coordinate related operational work.
- Assess, design, and implement enhancements to business processes and technology.
- Work with cross-functional partners to connect business operations with technology strategies and organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and communicate performance metrics to support ongoing operational improvement.
- Implement operational technology strategies and related initiatives.
- Adopt innovative solutions that strengthen business results and operational performance.
- Manage key external relationships and support cost-efficiency initiatives when applicable.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, regulatory obligations, and risk management standards.
- Report operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and executives.

- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent education, training, or relevant professional experience.
- At least seven years of relevant experience in business operations or a related professional field.
- Solid understanding of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
- Proficiency with standard workplace software, including Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English.
- A master’s degree, MBA, or related advanced degree is preferred.
- Background supporting executive teams through business management, strategic planning, performance management, governance, or Chief of Staff functions.
- Ability to distill complex business, operational, technology, and data topics into concise executive communications, presentations, and recommendations.
- Experience preparing executive scorecards, KPI reports, performance reviews, or materials for boards and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to form effective cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle competing priorities and advance initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
