Tavsif

  • Handle incoming software and hardware incidents for enterprise customers.
  • Manage tickets by prioritizing, classifying, and documenting each incident.
  • Troubleshoot issues and take appropriate action.
  • Deliver first-line assistance and solutions through remote support.
  • Escalate incidents to specialist support teams when needed.

Talablar

  • A strong interest in IT.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Very good spoken and written German, at least C1 level.
  • Good English skills are an advantage.
  • Confident use of Windows 11.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office 365.
  • IT vocational training or professional experience in an IT support environment is desirable.
