Lead recruitment and support employees throughout the HR lifecycle at Samhammer. Help modernize digital HR processes supporting intelligent customer-service solutions.

Tavsif

  • Manage the full recruitment process for the business unit, from vacancy publication and candidate selection through contract signing.
  • Serve as the HR contact for managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support employee development through training, feedback, and development discussions.
  • Bring forward ideas that advance the modernization and digitalization of HR processes.
  • Handle routine administrative HR responsibilities.

Talablar

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Around three years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, or in a comparable position is preferred.
  • Willingness to question established processes and actively modernize and digitalize them.
  • Interest in applying AI and other emerging digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills, discretion, and an organized, self-directed approach to work.
  • Fluent German and good English proficiency.
