Tavsif

  • Identify priority markets and prospective customers across the West Michigan territory.
  • Shape sales strategies and build customer relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work with customer contacts to uncover design opportunities and address business needs.
  • Support customer satisfaction through supply chain management and value-added services.
  • Create strategic growth plans for assigned accounts.
  • Sell Arrow’s portfolio of solutions and key supplier product lines.
  • Prepare internal quarterly business reviews with account strategies and execution plans.
  • Present initiatives to increase sales, generate demand, and improve customer service.
  • Lead recurring business reviews with major customers to identify further sales opportunities.
  • Promote Arrow’s value-added services, supply chain solutions, and full life cycle programs.
  • Use sales tracking platforms, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Travel locally across West Michigan three to four days per week.
  • Work under a sales compensation plan with variable incentives tied to sales targets.

Talablar

  • Bring a thorough understanding of the electronic components industry.
  • Know the assigned market and territory, including its customers and competitors.
  • Have recent industry experience with IP&E or interconnect, passive, and electromechanical components.
  • Be able to sell Arrow’s value-added, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.
  • Be able to create strategic account plans and sell Arrow’s full portfolio.
  • Know Arrow’s key supplier product lines in depth.
  • Have experience working with contract manufacturers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate and carry out complex strategies.
  • Understand electronics industry pricing programs and models in depth.
  • Have experience working with vendors and customers in technical and engineering settings.
  • Be able to prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews.
  • Be able to lead regular business reviews with major customers.
  • Be proficient with sales tracking systems, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Bring enthusiasm, resilience, and a practical, can-do approach.
  • Typically, a four-year degree and at least five years of relevant experience are required; alternatively, an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience may qualify.
  • Be able to travel to an Arrow office when requested by leadership.
  • Expect local travel throughout West Michigan three to four days each week.
