Tavsif

  • Partner with business teams to hire full-time and contract staff across corporate, field, and virtual functions.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with qualified prospective candidates.
  • Lead full-cycle hiring, from role definition and job postings through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers or contracts.
  • Use inventive sourcing methods to reach strong candidate pools.
  • Work with hiring managers to shape candidate profiles and explain hiring processes.
  • Oversee recruitment for corporate roles and clinical educator networks.
  • Create and place job ads, assess applications, arrange and conduct interviews, coordinate evaluations, and initiate offers or contracts.
  • Administer Greenhouse ATS and monitor applicants through each hiring stage.
  • Maintain internal records of recruiting activity.
  • Track labor market developments and share relevant industry insights with business partners.
  • Use behavioral interview methods to evaluate applicants.
  • Review referrals, references, Predictive Index profiles, and social media for candidate insights.
  • Build a virtual nurse candidate pipeline through outreach to clinical educators, associations, and other sources.
  • Find and recommend channels for reaching active and passive candidates.
  • Contribute to other HR projects as needed.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of sourcing and recruiting experience in pharma, biotech, or clinician recruitment.
  • Expertise with candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience using a comprehensive talent management suite.
  • A record of success in high-volume recruiting with quick turnaround times.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong customer service skills.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Careful attention to detail and strong organization and reporting skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to hear, listen, and speak effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation.
