Opis

Connect with inbound prospects by phone, chat, email, and planned follow-ups.
Manage sales from initial contact through close for standard and moderately complex system setups.

Introduce SpringWell products and recommend appropriate system configurations.
Move prospective customers through each sales stage toward a purchase.
Address questions about pricing, installation, and how products differ.
Keep CRM records, call notes, follow-ups, and pipeline details up to date.
Develop knowledge of system features, installation considerations, and competing options.
Refer advanced technical questions when needed while building the ability to resolve more issues independently.
Achieve or surpass revenue and productivity goals.
Spot suitable opportunities to expand purchases within approved product configurations.
Share common customer questions, concerns, and objections with colleagues and the marketing and product teams.

Zahteve

At least two years of inside sales experience with a record of achieving results.
Ability to independently guide a complete sales cycle from qualification through closing.
Strong consultative discovery and objection-handling skills.
Experience selling considered purchases or consultative solutions rather than purely transactional products.
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining disciplined conversion practices.
Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management, follow-up, and forecasting.
Preferred: Experience selling water treatment, home services, or technical home improvement systems such as HVAC or solar.
Preferred: Strong knowledge of residential water quality concerns and installation requirements.
