Opis

  • Lead classroom and virtual training on claims systems, payment procedures, workflows, business processes, technology adoption, best practices, and operational changes.
  • Help deliver parts of the new hire onboarding program.
  • Create and update training curricula, job aids, reference guides, and operational documentation.
  • Turn repeatable training into self-service resources such as e-learning modules, videos, quick guides, and process materials.
  • Help implement and drive adoption of claims tools, technologies, and operational initiatives.
  • Arrange training schedules and logistics, track attendance, and report completion.
  • Review learner feedback and suggest improvements to training content and delivery.
  • Maintain and improve Claims LaunchPad and other learning resources.
  • Keep training materials accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate.
  • Support training reports, content governance, version control, and completion tracking.
  • Coordinate content updates prompted by process changes, quality findings, compliance needs, or technology enhancements.
  • Process claim payments and related financial transactions.
  • Carry out assigned technical and administrative support duties.
  • Help Claims Professionals complete workflows and operational tasks.
  • Contribute to claims efficiency initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards in technical support work.
  • Work with the Claims Program Manager, Claims Leadership Team, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and subject matter experts.

Zahteve

  • Experience in property and casualty insurance, claims operations, or a related business setting.
  • Working knowledge of claims systems, workflows, business processes, and operating procedures.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts, systems, and processes and explain them clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Preferred: Experience delivering training, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer.
  • Preferred: Experience creating training materials, job aids, e-learning, or reference documents.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with learning management systems, SharePoint, or knowledge management platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting operational change management or technology implementations.
