Descriere

  • Direct data scientists, business analysts, and data analysts across the full machine learning lifecycle, including design, training, evaluation, validation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build products centered on customer needs.
  • Apply Python, Conda, AWS, H2O, Spark, and related technologies to analyze substantial numeric and text-based datasets.
  • Connect sophisticated data science initiatives to measurable business objectives.
  • Assess emerging technologies and advanced analytical methods for potential application.
  • Question established approaches and uncover ways to improve existing practices.
  • Support the growth and development of team members and other talent across the organization.

Cerințe

  • Hold or be pursuing the required degree, with completion expected by the scheduled start date.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 11 years of data analytics experience; a master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration and 9 years of experience; or a PhD in a quantitative field and 6 years of experience.
  • Bring at least 6 years of experience using open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis.
  • Bring at least 6 years of machine learning experience.
  • Bring at least 6 years of experience working with relational databases.
  • Capital One will consider employment-authorization sponsorship for a new qualified applicant.
  • Preferred: PhD in STEM with at least 7 years of data analytics experience.
  • Preferred: At least 4 years of people-management experience.
  • Preferred: At least 6 years of experience using Python, Scala, or R for large-scale data analysis.
  • Preferred: At least 6 years of machine learning experience.
