Requirements
- Hold or be pursuing the required degree, with completion expected by the scheduled start date.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 11 years of data analytics experience; a master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration and 9 years of experience; or a PhD in a quantitative field and 6 years of experience.
- Bring at least 6 years of experience using open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis.
- Bring at least 6 years of machine learning experience.
- Bring at least 6 years of experience working with relational databases.
- Capital One will consider employment-authorization sponsorship for a new qualified applicant.
- Preferred: PhD in STEM with at least 7 years of data analytics experience.
- Preferred: At least 4 years of people-management experience.
- Preferred: At least 6 years of experience using Python, Scala, or R for large-scale data analysis.
- Preferred: At least 6 years of machine learning experience.
