Senior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics – Insurance (Chicago Hybrid)

Descriere

  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities that improve retention, growth, and operations across CCC’s client base.
  • Monitor client trends, adoption opportunities, reporting gaps, and business risks.
  • Turn analytical findings into recommendations that strengthen retention, growth, and client outcomes.
  • Connect analytics to product adoption, expansion potential, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports covering customer health, adoption, churn risk, and engagement.
  • Manage core dashboards and recurring analytics and reporting deliverables.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in reporting efficiency, insight quality, and adoption analytics.
  • Collaborate with Client Success leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Use regression, clustering, and predictive modeling to forecast customer behavior.
  • Support data governance and ongoing data-quality monitoring.
  • Present complex analytical findings as clear stakeholder narratives.
  • Streamline processes and automate analytics workflows.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, ideally in Customer Success or customer-facing environments.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or a comparable BI platform.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, and factor analysis.
  • Ability to use Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Insurance or insurtech experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern data-stack technologies such as dbt, BigQuery, and Snowflake is preferred.
  • Exposure to predictive or prescriptive analytics and AI/ML-assisted analysis is preferred.
  • Experience developing customer health scores, churn models, or adoption analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • AI literacy, including prompt engineering and knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, is preferred.
  • Intellectual curiosity, accountability, collaboration, adaptability, and business acumen.
  • Sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to translate analysis for stakeholders.
