- Own full-cycle recruiting across varied functions, seniority levels, and geographic markets
- Create and deliver hiring strategies tied to workforce plans and business priorities
- Develop talent pipelines through sourcing, market research, networking, and talent community building
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of talent acquisition specialists
- Set clear performance standards and enable ongoing team development
- Advise business leaders, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and executives on workforce requirements and hiring approaches
- Share labor market intelligence, competitor information, talent supply trends, and recruiting guidance
- Assess and refine hiring processes to increase efficiency, reduce time to hire, strengthen hiring quality, and improve stakeholder experience
- Apply automation, AI-supported platforms, and modern recruiting technology
- Track recruiting metrics and analytics to assess team performance and hiring results
- Prepare and communicate findings and recommendations for leadership
- Contribute to employer brand initiatives
- Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and other external suppliers
- Advance equitable hiring practices while maintaining compliance with employment legislation, regulations, and company policies
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
- At least five years leading technical and innovation-oriented talent acquisition teams and recruiting strategy within a complex, multi-function organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop recruiting teams
- Strong consultative and influencing skills for working with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Experience designing and delivering recruitment strategies connected to business goals
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with recruiting metrics, reporting systems, and data-informed decisions
- Proven success building trusted partnerships with business leaders, HR teams, and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Working knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance obligations
- Flexibility to respond to changing business priorities and adopt innovative recruiting tools and practices
