Remote Client Success Manager
Support Wealth Without Wall Street’s existing clients and prospects through proactive conversations, policy reviews, referrals, and new business development.
Descriere
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and previous prospects
- Conduct frequent phone calls and meaningful client conversations
- Reconnect with inactive clients and prospects who did not complete the process
- Conduct policy reviews and explain policy loans and PUAs
- Coordinate client service while the operations team manages paperwork
- Spot opportunities involving new capital, business sales, or expanding families
- Guide clients toward next steps and schedule meetings with IBC strategists
- Request referrals from satisfied clients and follow up to develop conversations
- Introduce clients to the Passive Income Lab when relevant
- Reconnect with clients who may be considering leaving
- Record every call and follow-up step in HubSpot
- Track weekly performance across contacts, opportunities, referrals, and cases
Cerințe
- At least two years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationships, preferably in insurance, financial services, or wealth management
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets while maintaining positive client relationships
- Confidence handling phone and video conversations throughout the day
- Consistent CRM practices; HubSpot experience is a plus
- Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days
- Knowledge of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is highly valued
