Part-Time Customer Support Specialist in Sweden (Hybrid)

Part-time customer support role assisting Bruce Studios members across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. The position covers membership guidance, app troubleshooting, and administrative support for the company’s training network.

Descriere

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
  • Explain available membership options and help members choose appropriately
  • Respond promptly to questions and issues with practical, member-focused solutions
  • Investigate and report app bugs and other technical problems
  • Assist colleagues with a range of administrative duties
  • Work weekday shifts across daytime and evening hours
  • Work from the office two to three days per week

Cerințe

  • Learn new systems quickly while managing several conversations and tools simultaneously
  • Perform well in a fast-moving setting and take responsibility for your work
  • Bring flexibility, a strong service orientation, and a genuine desire to help people
  • Approach member issues with confidence as a practical problem solver
  • Be comfortable working with calculations
  • Speak English fluently plus at least one of Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
  • Speaking two Scandinavian languages is an advantage
  • Be a citizen of Sweden
