Inside Sales Representative

Handle inbound and some outbound mattress sales for Purple, combining consultative customer service with sales targets. Support customers throughout the purchase process while meeting sales and service metrics.

Descriere

  • Generate sales through inbound and some outbound channels.
  • Respond to customer questions by phone, chat, and other channels.
  • Use Purple’s sales methodology to build customer interest and brand value.
  • Help customers navigate the buying process and deliver a positive Purple experience.
  • Document each customer interaction with detailed notes.
  • Track sales measures including sales per hour, average order value, engagements, customer satisfaction, and discount rates.
  • Follow assigned schedules and maintain productivity.
  • Meet individual performance targets.
  • Stay informed about products, pricing, promotions, and warranty, return, and refund policies and procedures.
  • Participate in office and remote training, team meetings, and coaching as needed.
  • Report to the Inside Sales Team Leader.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or GED; some college is preferred.
  • One to two years of sales experience.
  • Experience with sales CRM software, order processing systems, and customer engagement tools.
  • Knowledge of the mattress or sleep products industry is helpful.
  • Strong sales ability and familiarity with different sales methodologies.
  • Strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic, competitive environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer, typing, and multitasking skills.
  • Remote work experience is helpful.
  • Availability to work approximately 30–40 hours per week.
  • Ability to remain in one place, standing or sitting, for extended periods.
  • Ability to move objects weighing up to 15 pounds in any direction.
