Human Resources Manager — GXO Logistics, Inc. (Onsite)

Lead human resources programs, employee relations, staffing, compliance, and workforce engagement for GXO Logistics. Supervise HR staff and partner with operations to support effective supply-chain facilities.

Descriere

  • Oversee HR policies and programs spanning recruitment, employee relations, training, development, benefits, compensation, timekeeping, and personnel records
  • Partner with plant operations and HR colleagues to foster a constructive open-door workplace
  • Connect workforce priorities with business objectives to support strong customer service
  • Direct HR administration, compliance, policy enforcement, benefits, compensation, hiring, retention, and terminations
  • Supervise the HR team
  • Brief senior leaders and operations on HR developments that may affect organizational effectiveness
  • Prepare HR reports for upper management as requested
  • Strengthen employee engagement and serve as a connection between employees and management
  • Promote company values and help sustain an engaged workforce

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience
  • Five years of experience managing human resources
  • Experience with employee relations, policy administration, recruiting and staffing, HRIS, and timekeeping systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Progressive HR experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve employee concerns in an open-door workplace
  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
  • Ability to offer proactive recommendations for building and sustaining positive employee relations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Must follow GXO policies related to COVID safety
  • May need to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
