Descriere

  • Join the Management team for the Large Motors & Generators Division.
  • Lead HR’s overall contribution to the business.
  • Partner with leaders to understand current and long-term business drivers.
  • Identify opportunities for HR to create business value.
  • Translate business objectives into clear HR priorities.
  • Implement HR priorities with managers and the HR team.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and global business services.
  • Promote high performance against global standards, KPIs, and targets.
  • Represent HR across the wider business.
  • Develop strong working relationships with business leaders.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR matters.
  • Identify and develop the organizational and people capabilities needed for future success.
  • Use HR analytics to interpret organizational trends and dynamics.
  • Convert HR insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead the HR team.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in a blue-collar-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across functions.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Swedish permanent residence, citizenship, or authorization to work in Sweden.
