- Lead HR’s overall contribution to the business.
- Partner with leaders to understand current and long-term business drivers.
- Identify opportunities for HR to create business value.
- Translate business objectives into clear HR priorities.
- Implement HR priorities with managers and the HR team.
- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and global business services.
- Promote high performance against global standards, KPIs, and targets.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in Human Resources.
