Director of Client Strategy – Pennsylvania Remote
Lead integrated advertising strategy and campaigns for automotive, consumer, and B2B clients. Manage client relationships, research, budgets, campaign performance, and senior-level presentations.
Descriere
- Build trusted relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners
- Serve as the communication link for client needs, project updates, rationale, KPIs, and new business opportunities
- Create strategic recommendations for assigned clients
- Identify client opportunities and align Stream’s services with client objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to clients
- Own client relationships and champion delivery within the agreed scope of work
- Partner with creative and project teams on briefs and internal kickoff meetings
- Convert client objectives into clear project specifications
- Oversee digital, print, social, mobile, broadcast, and promotional campaigns
- Track budgets and report on agency profitability and project costs
- Develop marketing plans and project schedules
- Prepare proposals and RFP responses, create PowerPoint presentations, and present ideas
- Research, secret-shop, and benchmark competitors through SWOT and PEST analysis
- Review client CRM data as needed
- Facilitate and interpret focus groups, surveys, and secondary marketing research
- Build budgets and coordinate vendor and internal scoping for clients and RFPs
- Compile campaign reports from multiple sources and extract actionable insights and conclusions
- Manage email and direct-mail campaigns, including list acquisition and maintenance, nurture programs, and content calendars
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or advertising preferred
- Five to seven years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency required
- Required experience with traditional and digital media and holistic planning
- Required experience in healthcare and multi-unit home services
- Experience presenting to senior clients and decision-makers, including dealer principals, general managers, and automotive decision-makers
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret campaign analytics across platforms and communicate findings internally and to clients
- Ability to explain and deliver the rationale behind media recommendations to clients
- Ability to collaborate closely with media and social media teams
- Experience in social media marketing across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Ability to travel by car, train, or plane to and from client locations
