Business Automation Analyst, AI Governance

Descriere

  • Support global AI adoption within the AI Governance & Adoption team
  • Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot training and enablement for more than 7,500 license holders
  • Work with IT and the M365 team to deliver workshops, office hours, and business-unit sessions
  • Manage recurring Copilot programs, including monthly Deep Dive and New User workshops and Copilot Connect office hours
  • Create and deliver tailored workshops from intake and needs assessment through follow-up resources
  • Run enterprise adoption initiatives such as the Copilot Roadshow, Power User Insights, and tiered Copilot training
  • Help business users create simple agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Apply governance, permission, and data-handling requirements
  • Respond to Copilot questions and requests while directing users to appropriate resources and partners
  • Maintain and expand the Copilot resource library with recordings, how-to guides, and Viva Engage content
  • Standardize workshop intake and request workflows
  • Improve and automate manual processes as demand increases
  • Monitor and report workshop attendance, request turnaround times, and Copilot usage trends
  • Advance responsible AI practices and expand the AI Governance & Adoption program
  • Communicate effectively with audiences at all levels through email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions
  • Keep current with new AI capabilities and contribute ideas and perspectives

Cerințe

  • Understanding of automation assessment, lifecycle methods, and documentation best practices
  • Automation certification in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath preferred
  • Familiarity with GM Financial or another auto finance company’s core functions, policies, and procedures is a plus
  • Experience using a range of automation and productivity tools
  • Proficiency with low-code technology and automation solution development
  • Strong active listening and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach to building relationships with business partners
  • Organized and willing to handle administrative responsibilities
  • Sound research, data analysis, and judgment when solving problems or making recommendations
  • Integrity in managing work demands and pressure
  • Commitment to ongoing personal development
  • Ability to work efficiently within defined parameters and deadlines
  • Growth mindset with the ability to learn and adapt
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst or in a similar role required
  • Demonstrated success solving complex problems in an enterprise environment required
  • Experience partnering with both business and IT teams to deliver business value preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
