AI Engineer III – Hyderabad Hybrid

F5 is hiring an AI Engineer III in Hyderabad to develop Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning solutions for cybersecurity and enterprise platforms. The role covers self-healing test automation, predictive analytics, AI microservices, and operational workflow automation.

Descriere

  • Design and deliver Generative AI solutions that transform functional requirements and user stories into structured test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Build NLP and sentiment-analysis pipelines for ServiceNow and customer-interaction platforms
  • Develop predictive machine learning models that analyze historical defect logs and identify high-risk failure areas
  • Create intelligent algorithms to detect and consolidate duplicate test cases across repositories
  • Prototype and implement AI-assisted self-healing for broken UI and API test automation scripts
  • Automate Azure DevOps workflows, including backlog classification, work-item routing, and process triage
  • Develop anomaly detection and log-analysis solutions for Dell Boomi integrations and enterprise release pipelines
  • Use AI and machine learning on security telemetry to discover vulnerabilities, prioritize risks, and recommend remediation
  • Add automated summaries and predictive insights to executive Tableau dashboards
  • Develop, test, and expose lightweight AI microservices and REST APIs
  • Advance operational efficiency, data security governance, and engineering excellence
  • Partner with QA engineers, business analysts, platform engineers, solution architects, team leaders, reporting teams, and other cross-functional engineers
  • Convert complex operational use cases into AI prototypes and production-ready pipelines

Cerințe

  • Bring 2–4 years of practical experience applying AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI to technical or business problems, including relevant internships, capstones, or production projects
  • Have at least 7 years of overall hands-on IT experience
  • Demonstrate strong Python programming skills
  • Be familiar with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
  • Have hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models through commercial or open-source APIs such as GPT, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral
  • Have implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt-engineering, and vector-database workflows using tools such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, or Milvus
  • Understand NLP methods including embeddings, semantic similarity search, text classification, and entity extraction
  • Have hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress and applying AI/ML to test automation
  • Understand API development and microservices integration with FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js
  • Understand SDLC fundamentals, unit testing, debugging, and Git-based source control
  • Bring strong analytical problem-solving skills and a disciplined approach to experimentation and prompt evaluation
  • Preferred: hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field
  • Have working knowledge of or exposure to Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Dell Boomi, or Tableau
  • Have exposure to Copado or other Salesforce-native test automation and release tools
  • Have exposure to application-security analysis and vulnerability-management tools
  • Understand MLOps fundamentals such as model monitoring, API-latency optimization, and hallucination guardrails
  • Be able to turn ambiguous operational workflows into clear, automated AI-driven solutions
