Sports Sales Coordinator – Email and SMS Marketing

Apraksts

  • Plan and send email and SMS campaigns for facility bookings, pickup games, registrations, and offers.
  • Group audiences by location, sport, interests, booking history, and engagement.
  • Create and refine welcome, lead follow-up, abandoned-booking, reminder, repeat-booking, and win-back automations.
  • Write clear English copy and adapt brand materials for mobile-friendly emails.
  • Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization, and suppression rules before launches.
  • Track delivery failures, bounces, complaints, and opt-outs; maintain consent records and list health.
  • Test messages, timing, offers, and customer journeys; report enquiries, bookings, repeat participation, revenue, and engagement.
  • Keep facility availability, dates, time slots, capacity, and approved prices accurate.
  • Handle facility enquiries, suggest available options, prepare approved quotes, and follow bookings through payment confirmation.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline, record commitments, and pursue renewals and repeat bookings.
  • Confirm availability and exceptions with operations before making promises, and escalate matters outside your authority.
  • Create and update pickup-game listings with location, time, capacity, price, and player instructions.
  • Monitor registrations and attendance levels, using targeted outreach to fill open places.
  • Coordinate with local hosts and venue contacts.
  • Respond to player questions, manage waitlists, and communicate approved changes.
  • Flag games with low enrolment, host shortages, or venue issues, and escalate cancellation, refund, and safety decisions.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and repeat participation to improve future games.

Prasības

  • Practical experience creating email campaigns and automations.
  • Hands-on experience with SMS marketing.
  • Strong spoken and written English for conversations with North American customers.
  • Confidence following up with leads, explaining offers, and asking for bookings.
  • Careful attention to schedules, prices, customer records, and competing deadlines.
  • Experience using a CRM and an email or SMS platform such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Able to use spreadsheets and reports to assess conversion, bookings, and campaign results.
  • Reliable communicator who takes ownership of next steps through to resolution.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.
  • Experience in sports, venue bookings, inside sales, event coordination, customer service, or ecommerce retention is helpful.
  • Complete the Culture Index survey.
  • Complete the Criteria GAME assessment in English.

  • Expected variable commissions of US$500–US$1,000.
  • Expected total monthly compensation of US$1,300–US$2,000.
