Apraksts

  • Oversee assigned accounts and ensure related responsibilities are completed
  • Apply advanced process, procedure, and systems knowledge to collect overdue invoices
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Refer complex issues to senior colleagues or leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency and meet targets
  • Suggest process improvements based on recurring themes and broader business knowledge
  • Build professional relationships with internal and external customers and provide prompt, courteous service
  • Continue building collections expertise, practical skills, and business knowledge
  • Coach and support less experienced team members
  • Handle additional duties as assigned under team or country-specific requirements

Prasības

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least four years of experience in customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or a related finance area
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Clear, adaptable communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound critical thinking and judgment, with the ability to make reasoned decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional setting
  • Self-starter who approaches work with persistence
