Oversee assigned accounts and ensure related responsibilities are completed
Apply advanced process, procedure, and systems knowledge to collect overdue invoices

High school diploma or GED
At least four years of experience in customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or a related finance area
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Clear, adaptable communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
