Apraksts

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation and qualification through solution positioning, negotiation, and close.
  • Apply MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and guide complex sales cycles.
  • Set and execute territory and account strategies across the insurance market.
  • Grow Earnix’s presence and competitive position in the market.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in actuarial, product, underwriting, pricing, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Lead strategic conversations on insurer modernization and transformation through intelligent decisioning.
  • Coordinate with global product, marketing, presales, and delivery teams across time zones.
  • Provide prospects with a smooth, high-quality experience throughout their engagement.
  • Represent Earnix at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Present Earnix’s value clearly and persuasively.

Prasības

  • At least five years of successful sales experience in insurtech.
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup or scale-up is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and close strategic deals in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of how insurance companies operate.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital transformation challenges and opportunities in the insurance sector.
  • Practical experience with MEDDPICC or a comparable qualification methodology.
  • Proficiency in metrics, identifying economic buyers, mapping decision criteria and processes, identifying customer pain points, and building champions.
  • Enthusiasm for prospecting and winning new business.
  • Experience growing pipelines, finding new revenue streams, and building momentum in competitive markets.
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Resilience, persistence, and competitive drive.
