  • C1-level English fluency
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Careful attention to detail and dependable research skills
  • Basic familiarity with the IT landscape, including the distinction between Java and JavaScript
  • Comfort using job boards and Google Docs
  • Motivation to learn new tools and working processes
  • Previous exposure to HR, recruitment, account management, customer support, or career consulting is advantageous
  • Experience with outreach, scheduling, or organized administrative tasks is advantageous
  • Availability to work within CET ±3 hours, plus a CV and brief statement outlining interest in the internship and desired HR or recruitment skills
