  • Own recruitment from role scoping through sourcing, interviews, candidate follow-up, and offer closure.
  • Source infrastructure IT talent, including technicians and specialists in systems, networking, cloud, and DevOps.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified candidate network.
  • Help managers and sales teams define hiring needs and provide market guidance.
  • Hire both permanent employees and independent consultants.
  • Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience through clear communication, prompt responses, and reliable follow-up.
  • Coordinate recruitment work and monitor hiring metrics.
  • Plan for upcoming hiring needs and adjust sourcing plans accordingly.
  • Review established practices and recommend improvements.
  • Try new recruitment approaches with digital tools and artificial intelligence.
  • Support employer branding and HR communications work.
  • Help create content and initiatives that strengthen the company’s appeal.
  • Suggest ways to improve hiring practices and the candidate experience.
  • Take part in transformation work and collaboration with SPIE ICS teams.
  • Report to the Head of Recruitment.

Prasības

  • Bring at least four years of hands-on experience recruiting for IT roles.
  • Understand IT infrastructure positions and their specific needs.
  • Use sourcing, headhunting, and direct search methods effectively.
  • Handle several searches at once, set priorities, and maintain thorough follow-up.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, sales teams, and candidates.
  • Build professional relationships founded on trust.
  • Welcome challenges and stay resilient when faced with rejection.
  • Work collaboratively, share effective practices, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Have experience with or working knowledge of tools such as Teamtailor, Trusty, Noota, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and sourcing platforms.
