Aprašymas

  • Plan and send email and SMS campaigns for facility bookings, pickup games, registrations, and promotions
  • Segment audiences using location, sport, interests, booking history, and engagement
  • Build and refine welcome, lead follow-up, abandoned-booking, reminder, repeat-booking, and win-back automations
  • Write English marketing copy and adapt brand assets for mobile-friendly emails
  • Verify audience settings, dates, time zones, pricing, links, personalization, and suppression rules before campaigns go live
  • Monitor delivery issues, bounces, complaints, and opt-outs; maintain consent records and list health
  • Test messages, timing, offers, and customer journeys; report enquiries, paid bookings, repeat participation, revenue, and engagement
  • Keep facility availability, dates, time slots, capacity, and approved prices accurate
  • Answer facility enquiries, recommend available times, prepare approved quotes, and follow bookings through payment confirmation
  • Maintain the sales pipeline, record commitments, and pursue renewals and repeat bookings
  • Work with operations and escalate pricing, contract terms, or conflicts beyond assigned authority
  • Create and update pickup-game listings
  • Track registrations and capacity, and use targeted outreach to fill open places
  • Coordinate schedules and details with local hosts and venue contacts
  • Handle player questions and waitlists, and communicate approved changes
  • Flag under-enrolled games, host shortages, and venue issues; escalate cancellation, refund, and safety decisions
  • Track attendance, feedback, and returning players to improve future games
  • Learn inventory, customer journeys, and internal processes; review campaigns and establish follow-up and quality checks
  • Manage the campaign calendar and sales pipeline, improve automations, and keep pickup-game coordination reliable

Reikalavimai

  • Practical experience creating email campaigns and automations
  • Direct experience with SMS marketing
  • Strong written and spoken English for conversations with North American customers
  • Confidence following up with leads, explaining offers, and asking customers to book
  • Careful attention to schedules, pricing, customer records, and competing deadlines
  • Experience using a CRM and email or SMS platform, such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools
  • Ability to use spreadsheets and reports to interpret conversion, bookings, and campaign results
  • Reliable communication and willingness to take ownership of follow-up until issues are resolved
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts aligned with Toronto or Eastern time
  • Experience in sports, venue bookings, inside sales, event coordination, customer service, or ecommerce retention is an asset
  • Completion of the Culture Index survey
  • Completion of the English Criteria GAME assessment

  • Remote work from Latin America
  • Expected variable commissions of US$500–US$1,000
