Senior Director, Strategic Execution and Management — Santen, Japan Remote
Lead enterprise strategy and execution at Santen, a global ophthalmic pharmaceutical company. Oversee strategic planning, KPI management, resource allocation, and cross-functional delivery.

- Lead the development and execution of enterprise strategy and the medium-term management plan.
- Assess business strategy and portfolio from a company-wide perspective, identifying key issues.

- At least approximately five years of experience contributing to enterprise-level strategy development and execution at a strategy consulting firm or in a corporate strategy or planning function.
- Experience personally leading senior-leadership-facing work, such as a medium-term management plan, enterprise strategy, or major management issue.
- Experience carrying strategy through execution and results using KPI design, progress tracking, and decision support.
- Professional experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex, uncertain management challenges.
- Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative information and present decision-ready options to senior management.
- Solid understanding of business plans, profit and loss structures, investment decisions, and capital efficiency.
- Ability to engage as a peer with executives and senior managers and build consensus.
- Leadership skills to engage stakeholders, including those in international regions, and drive decisions and execution.
- Experience maximizing team performance and developing early- and mid-career professionals.
