Legal Specialist – Poland (Remote)

Support clinical research contracts, privacy reviews, and compliance activities for Indero’s dermatology and rheumatology CRO operations. Coordinate legal documentation and processes across Poland-based clinical work.

Aprašymas

  • Provide legal and administrative support for clinical research operations
  • Draft, review, coordinate, and administer CTAs, CDAs, vendor and consultant agreements, amendments, and addenda
  • Manage contract execution by monitoring signatures, document versions, and approvals
  • Keep contract databases, trackers, and document management systems current
  • Assist with clinical-trial compliance records for audits, inspections, and due diligence
  • Research legal and regulatory matters involving healthcare, clinical research, data protection, and corporate law
  • Prepare and monitor privacy assessments, DPIAs, and related documentation
  • Address internal questions about contracts, policies, and legal procedures
  • Create, maintain, and organize legal templates, SOPs, policies, and training resources
  • Work with Clinical Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, Quality, and other internal teams
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, notaries, and regulatory authorities as needed
  • Safeguard confidentiality and accuracy while maintaining compliance with GCP, privacy laws, and contractual requirements
  • Take part in interviews with Indero team members, including a phone discussion and video conference with a brief presentation

Reikalavimai

  • Paralegal studies diploma, certificate, or comparable legal training
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated setting
  • Relevant education and professional experience may be considered in different combinations
  • Solid knowledge of contract administration and legal documentation
  • Familiarity with clinical research operations, GCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Highly organized, with careful attention to detail
  • Able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Discreet and professional when working with confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract or document management systems
  • Legally authorized to work in Poland
