Grow ICL’s customer portfolio across Mexico’s meat, poultry, seafood, specialty-food, dairy, bakery, and beverage markets
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
Convert business strategy into practical sales plans while representing customer needs internally
Strengthen relationships with customer stakeholders across R&D, Operations, Procurement, and Marketing
Create and update customer profiles, relationship plans, and strategic objectives
Meet performance targets for assigned accounts and territory
Find expansion opportunities and coordinate resources to support customer growth
Increase sales and market share among strategic customers
Lead contract, pricing, and high-value negotiations
Maintain customer opportunities and sales activities in Salesforce.com
Coordinate customer engagement with the U.S.-based technical excellence center
Manage volume forecasts for assigned customers
Analyze and share customer, market, and competitor developments
Resolve plant-level issues and deliver hands-on technical support
Travel extensively throughout Mexico, with occasional U.S. travel for trade shows and company meetings

At least five years of technical sales or R&D experience in the food-ingredient industry
Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related discipline
Fluency in Spanish and English
Advanced communication and presentation abilities
Strong relationship-building and dispute-resolution skills
Demonstrated success growing sales across existing and new products
Confidence negotiating complex and challenging situations
Adaptability and sound judgment in ambiguous, changing conditions
Ability to develop opportunities, prioritize work, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting
Strong professional presence and effectiveness with customers and internal partners
Availability for extensive travel within Mexico, at least 75% of the time, plus occasional U.S. travel
Background in technical sales for food ingredients
Experience developing customers in meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, beverage, and bakery markets
Practical food-application experience working directly with customer R&D teams
