Specialized Talent Administrator (Polish and French) - Remote, Poland
Support talent acquisition operations for Cielo Talent by coordinating interviews, candidate records, offers, and recruitment logistics. This full-time remote role serves hiring teams and candidates across the recruitment process.

- Support recruitment and interview activities throughout the hiring process
- Conduct phone interviews and accurately record candidate responses
- Assess candidates against role requirements and advance or reject them as appropriate
- Coordinate interview schedules so qualified candidates can be evaluated
- Maintain accurate candidate statuses in the ATS and internal recruitment systems
- Review ATS applications promptly and route candidates through the appropriate process
- Organize complex phone, video, and on-site interviews with recruiters or hiring managers
- Manage offer administration by preparing, routing, and presenting offer letters to candidates
- Coordinate candidate travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
- Edit and publish job postings in the ATS accurately and within required timelines
- Keep recruiters informed of progress while raising concerns and potential obstacles
- Provide further administrative assistance to the recruitment team when required
Талаптар
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least six months of experience as a Talent Administrator or Coordinator is preferred
- Previous experience in a business or office setting
- Customer service or administrative experience is preferred
- Strong capabilities in recruitment administration
- Solid understanding of common talent acquisition practices, concepts, and procedures is strongly preferred
- Fluency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
- Ability to organize and prioritize work independently
- Commitment to delivering a high level of service to colleagues and clients
