Senior Customer Success Manager – Hybrid
Help small and midsize law firms achieve value from Litera’s legal technology. Lead onboarding, product adoption, renewals, and long-term customer loyalty through data-driven success planning.

- Lead customer onboarding and develop success plans that reflect shared partnership objectives.
- Use product-usage data to anticipate challenges and reduce renewal risk.
- Find ways to expand customers’ use of Litera while addressing emerging business needs.
- Represent customer perspectives internally and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding milestones and deliver business review presentations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Share customer outcomes and insights to help shape business priorities.
- Advance adoption, engagement, satisfaction, renewals, recurring revenue, and lasting customer loyalty.
